Sadhana SmritiBack to the start

How it works

Sadhana Smriti keeps a quiet record of your daily practice. Here is how each part works.

1. Set up your practices

Add the sessions of your day, such as Morning and Evening, and the practices you do in each. A practice can repeat every day, on certain weekdays, or in a rotation, like Surya Kriya one day and Yogasanas the next. You find it in Settings › Practices.

2. Log a session

When you finish, tap "Done · all of it". If you did only part of it, tap "Done partly" and tick what you did. The app notes where you were; if it guessed wrong, tap "Change place".

3. Share a place

Found a good place to sit: a rock on a hiking trail, a quiet bench in a park, a corner of a temple? Share it, so other practitioners can find it and sit there too. A photo of the spot helps them recognise it. Anyone who practises there can log at it and leave a few words for the next person.

4. Your trips

Days away from home are grouped into travels on their own. Open one and use "Edit days" if the dates are off; your travels stay in your journal for good.

5. Your privacy

Your journal is private. For each log you choose whether to share what you wrote. In Settings › Privacy you choose whether your sharings show your name or a pseudonym. Home, work and other private places are never shown to anyone.

6. The community map

Open the map to see where sadhana happens, anywhere in the world. "Only me" shows your own practice; "Filters" narrows it by practice, type of place or time.
